COMING SOON!

It all started with a simple question: "What if movies was store?" After countless hours of research, informal focus groups, and endless paperwork, we have a simple answer.

Movies The Store is a boutique physical media store, bookstore, and gift shop specializing in anything and everything related to the human species' single greatest artistic accomplishment: Movies.

We're building a place for movies. Not just FEEELGMS. Imagine an intimate space that cherishes motion pictures as the important art form they are, while simultaneously remaining decidedly unpretentious. It's the the kind of place a hardcore cinephile can find an obscure treasure, but also a place a casual movie-goer can find a funny sticker or a t-shirt for their weird niece.

And its opening soon in Evanston, Illinois!

We are still in the process of setting up shop, both literally and figuratively. But check back soon, or drop us a line, for information about our location and grand opening. We can't wait to see you!
